Cops trying to identify mystery man found unconscious on Bronx street: NYPD

Cops are trying to identify a critically-injured man who was found unconscious on a Bronx street.

The man, who is between 30 and 40 years old, and has a large tattoo of the word “Sarah” on his stomach, may have been the victim of a massive drug overdose, police sources said.

Cops found the man unconscious and sprawled out on the street outside a park near the corner of W. 190th St. and Aqueduct Ave. in Fordham Manor about 5 a.m. on Friday.

Cops are trying to identify this critically-injured man who was found unconscious on a Bronx street.

EMS rushed the man to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he remained in critical condition on Saturday. Doctors couldn’t find any sign of trauma, leading investigators to believe he suffered an overdose.

The man didn’t have any identification on him when he was found, police said.

He’s described as Hispanic, about 5-foot-9, 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
