Xbox Game Pass closes March with endless guitars

Xbox has revealed which games will be coming to Game Pass in the last days of March. This is an unusually light month as the platform only adds two new games over the next nine days, but both games are launch day titles. We are talking about two games: MLB The Show 23 and Infinite Guitars. Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom – Prince’s Edition is also joining Game Pass today.

MLB The Show 23, the latest installment in Sony’s baseball game series, launches March 28 on Game Pass and beyond. Xbox also boasts that its users can access the game four days early by purchasing an early access package. Also releasing on Game Pass on March 30 is the rhythm-RPG Infinite Guitars, featuring anime art and an original soundtrack.

Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is today’s expansion – the sequel to the RPG about a boy king who rebuilds his kingdom. In addition to the above, Xbox recently announced that Ghostwire Tokyo, the 2022 release from Tango Gameworks, will be coming to Game Pass in April. Considering the success of the Tango-related Hi-Fi Rush on this platform, this isn’t much of a surprise. The PlayStation 5 exclusivity period is also coming to an end.

If it’s an easy month for Game Pass add-ons, it’s a tough month for losses. Games leaving Game Pass at the end of March include A Memoir Blue, Chinatown Detective Agency, ClusterTruck, Double Dragon Neon, Kraken Academy!!, MLB The Show 22, and Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid. All of them leave the service on March 31.
