WWE stars returning to Syracuse for ‘Road to Wrestlemania’ event

Some of the biggest stars in World Wrestling Entertainment are returning to Central New York ahead of Wrestlemania 39.

“WWE Road to Wrestlemania” will come to Upstate Medical Arena at The Oncenter War Memorial on Saturday, March 4, at 7:30 p.m. It will be the WWE’s only stop in Syracuse in 2023.

“Monday Night Raw” wrestlers scheduled to appear include Seth Freakin Rollins, Matt Riddle, Bianca Belair, Bobby Lashley, Kevin Owens and The O.C. (featuring Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows). Matchups and additional details will be announced closer to the event, which takes place just four weeks before the next Wrestlemania on April 1-2, 2023.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, November 18, at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster or in person at the Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter (760 S. State Street Syracuse, NY 13202). Prices range from $20 to $100; additional fees may apply.

The WWE previously came to Syracuse for a “WWE Live” event in April with Roman Reigns, AJ Styles, Owens and Charlotte Flair, plus Utica for a “Sunday Stunner” event in July with Ronda Rousey, Rollins, Belair and Becky Lynch.
