Warden caught with his pants down by Queens Public High School students: NYPD

On Tuesday, police said a watchman was caught with his pants down as two students entered a classroom at Queens Public High School.

Alan Fung, 37, is charged with public indecency and acts that harm a child.

Two boys, ages 10 and 11, entered the classroom of Public School 200, the Magnetic School for Global Studies and Leadership, in Pomonka around 3:00 pm on Monday to pick up a phone one of them had left when he was fired, police said.

Police said they found Fung with his pants down and his genitals exposed.

The police were called and Fung was taken into custody. He was taken to the 107th precinct, where he was charged at around 7:30 p.m.

His indictment in Queens Criminal Court was expected on Tuesday.
