Signature Healthcare Finds New Digital Compliance Partner Post Fire

Brockton, Massachusetts-based Signature Healthcare is partnering with IoT company SmartSense to introduce new monitoring and compliance solutions after a Brockton hospital was temporarily closed due to fire.

The new monitoring tool will be used when moving refrigeration equipment from Brockton Hospital.

In addition, the healthcare system will use a monitoring tool to monitor the visibility of temperature-sensitive medical technologies such as vaccines, drugs and laboratory samples, according to a March 21 SmartSense press release provided for Becker.

The tool will be rolled out to 14 Signature offices to monitor more than 150 sites for compliance and security.
