Sedan runs on red light and hit police SUV in Fort Worth, Monday morning crash

Fort Worth, Texas – Monday morning crash between a car and police SUV in Fort Worth results with two people injured transferred to hospital for treatment.

According to the available information, the accident happened along East Lancaster Avenue near South Beach Street around 3:50 a.m.

Unofficial report for the investigation revealed that the car ran a red light on the intersection and struck the police SUV.

The officer driving the patrol vehicle and the driver of the sedan were both taken to a hospital for injuries and were later released.

Traffic detectives were investigating the crash.

No further details were immediately available.
