Regent to take over management of Loews Santa Monica Hotel and Resort at 1700 Ocean Avenue

Regent owner IHG owns 18 brands across five segments including Intercontinental, Kimpton and Regent.

IHG Hotels and Resorts (IHG), also known as the Regent hotel chain, has announced that it will take over management of the Loews Santa Monica Beach hotel, which closed abruptly in February.
