Police looking for kidnapped child suspect in San Francisco
San Francisco police investigators need the public’s help in finding a kidnapped child and a suspect.
The abduction took place early Friday evening. At around 6:54 p.m. on Friday, police officers arrived at the 200 block apartment complex on Ashbury Street to investigate a missing person report.
The officers spoke to an employee of the institution, who said that Chelsea resident Tamulevich had left the institution with her child, Kaspian Tamulevich. Based on the current court order, Chelsea has no custody of Caspian and is not allowed to leave the facility with the child.
Police are currently looking for Chelsea and Caspian, who were last seen exiting the 200 block of Ashbury Street at around 5:30 p.m. Friday.
Chelsea Tamulevich is 38, 5ft 6in, 130lbs, blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing white. Kaspian Tamulevich is described as a one-year-old baby, Hispanic, brown hair. and brown eyes, and an unknown description of clothing.
Investigators from the San Francisco District Attorney’s Abducted Child Recovery Unit and the SFPD’s Special Victims Unit are investigating the kidnapping.
