Police ask for help in alleged kidnapping
San Francisco police are looking for a toddler who they say was kidnapped from a boarding school by his mother late Friday night.
The mother, identified by the police as Chelsi Tamulevich, who lives in the institution, allegedly stayed with her child, one-year-old Kaspian Tamulevich, despite the fact that, by a court decision, she did not have custody of her son.
She was last seen leaving the Ashbury Street area between Hayes Street and Fell Street around 5:30 pm on 17 March.
