Pedestrian hit by vehicle on Highway 249 near TC Jester, deputies say

The pedestrian is a man who was taken to the hospital in critical condition, authorities said.  

It’s unknown how he got hit but we are working to gather those details.

According to Houston Transtar, Tomball Parkway has reopened after it was shut down in both directions.
