The NYPD on Wednesday released surveillance footage of two men wanted for questioning in connection with the 2021 death on Brooklyn’s Coney Island.

Two men, whom police are calling “persons of interest”, were caught on surveillance cameras in the area where 39-year-old Raul Cordero was shot, police said Wednesday.

Cordero was arguing with two men in the courtyard of the Harbor View Apartments on W. 21st Street near Surf Avenue in Coney Island around 6:40 pm on March 26, 2021, when one of the men pulled out a gun and fired at him. breast.

Medics rushed Cordero, a father of three, to a Coney Island hospital but failed to save him. No arrests were made.

The men wanted by the police are described as being black and in their 20s.

One of them weighs about 200 pounds and is 5 feet 10 inches tall, with short dark hair and a beard. He wore a white T-shirt, black vest, gray sweatpants, a gray sports jacket, a blue surgical mask, and black and gray running shoes.

His companion wore a black paisley-patterned hoodie, a blue surgical mask, black sweatpants, and black sneakers.
