Reeves pushes things to the limit in John Wick: Chapter 4

HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES — On the red carpet of the premiere of John Wick: Chapter 4, the cast wore royal blue ribbons in honor of their late co-star Lance Reddick, who died last week.

“Great man, great artist, dear friend. He has been one of the most beloved members of our John Wick family ever since we started,” director Chad Stahelski said fondly of Reddick.

While the cast is mourning the loss of their co-star, they’re excited for audiences to see a new movie that sees Keanu Reeves return in the full action, adventure, and murder of John Wick: Chapter 4.

“It was very exciting to try to do what director Chad Stahelski came up with,” said Reeves. “So this idea of a car fight, a shootout and a non-stop chase through the chaos that is created in John Wick around the Arc de Triomphe was really something special.”

You will also see a wild and violent scene on a long staircase. Vic collapses and immediately returns to action.

“I know! Well, it’s John Wick! Reeves said. “I mean, I personally love seeing him suffer and I think the director in Chad Stahelski enjoys watching John Wick suffer. I think even with falling down the stairs, it’s like it’s getting almost surreal.”

John Wick: Chapter 4 is almost three hours long and you have to watch the credits.

The film is a non-stop action with deadly consequences throughout as Wick struggles to free himself from the killer lifestyle.

“We have the opportunity to try this dish, this holiday for everyone,” said Reeves. “It’s made with our love for you.”

John Wick: Chapter 4 is rated R and hits theaters on Friday, March 24th.
