How dog Ronald finally found a home after 14 failed adoptions

ROLEY, North Carolina — A streak of bad luck adopted by a dog from North Carolina safely ended with the fact that she stayed at home forever.

After 14 failed adoption attempts, dog Ronald has found a loving new home, the Wake County SPCA announced in January.

After the SPCA posted pictures of Ronald on their Facebook page, the post went viral and Ronald effectively ran out of pending adoptions.

But finally Ronald’s adoption was finalized after a trial adoption.

And he not only has playmates in his new home, but also a companion dog.

The family that adopted Ronald said he was “feeling great”.

“His new family says he’s great with kids and they’re obsessed with him,” the SPCA said in a statement.
