Houston teenager found shot to death and identified as missing 14-year-old

Carlos Lugo was reported missing on 23 January after he was last seen on the 2000 block of Tidwell Road near Hardy Tall Road.

Texas EquuSearch helped find Carlos. His disappearance was reported to the police two days after he was last seen. On February 2, Texas EquuSearch posted a missing flyer about him on their Facebook page.

When Carlos was shot is unknown. Police are looking into the motive and who shot him.

Anyone with information about Carlos’ death is asked to contact HPD Homicide at 713-308-3600 or speak anonymously with Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
