The Dallas Police Department’s ongoing investigation has revealed that Alexander was among four passengers in an SUV traveling along Santa Anna Avenue when the vehicle’s side mirror clipped the mirror of an oncoming car. The driver of the second vehicle, in a fit of rage, executed a U-turn, pursued the SUV, and opened fire.
