Boy, 12, robbed at gunpoint by trio of kids in Bronx, beat up by same crew next day

A 12-year-old boy was robbed at gunpoint on a Bronx street by a trio of kids who then beat him up when they crossed paths with him again the next day, police said Wednesday.

The crooks, who appear to be no older than 15, pulled a gun on the victim on W. 167th St. near University Ave. in Highbridge about 10:20 p.m. Dec. 13, cops said.

They stole the boy’s sweatshirt and backpack then ran off.

Police released images of three suspects who officials said robbed a 12-year-old boy was at gunpoint in the Bronx, then assaulted him the next day.

The victim wasn’t hurt in the robbery but police said that the next day his braces were busted when he was beat up by the same crooks.

Cops released surveillance footage of the suspects taken just after the first incident and are asking the public’s help identifying them and tracking them down.
