13-year-old boy repeatedly punched, robbed on Brooklyn train

A 13-year-old boy was ganged up on and pummeled in a robbery on a Brooklyn train, police said Tuesday.

The teen was on a Manhattan-bound F train when the group of about four men approached him as they rumbled toward the Avenue P station in Midwood around 4 p.m. on Oct. 3, according to cops.

NYPD released a photo of a group of approximately four men who punched and robbed a victim at the Avenue P station in Midwood about 4 p.m. Oct. 3, cops said.

The robbers punched the boy multiple times in the head before snatching his backpack and phone, police said.

They took off on foot when the train pulled into the station.

The victim was taken to Maimonides Hospital, where he was treated for bruising and swelling to his head and face.

Police on Tuesday released photos of the attackers in the hopes someone may recognize them.
